TCVMA invites you to a presentation by Attorney John Schedler

Topic:
With all the notices of lawsuits, recent challenges to the Veterinary Board of Governors, and the emergence of animal law specialists, we have invited Mr. Schedler to prepare a presentation addressing these issues and how we can avoid or be prepared to defend against them. John has been involved in the defense against the recent challenge to the VBOG and will also discuss practical issues like record-keeping that holds up in court and proper informed consent requirements.

This topic applies to both large and small animal practitioners, technicians and office staff and should be very interesting and informative.

Cost:
Technicians and staff are invited to attend at no charge. Members of TCVMA are also at no charge. If you are not a member, you are welcome to join at the meeting. Annual dues are $75.
